Fawkner Memorial Park located in Sydney Road, Fawkner is one of Australias largest cemeteries, with it’s first crematorium being built in 1926.

Various burial and memorial options are available, as well as an area set aside for the burial of young children or the placement of their cremated remains.

The Holy Angels Mausoleum complex is influenced by great European architecture and is based on a contemporary design with the oldest of interment practices.
Expressions of interest are now on offer for members of the community seeking to purchase mausoleum crypt space.

The Park features three modern and newly refurbished non-denominational chapels in which to hold funeral or memorial services, all set in peaceful native surrounds.
Following the service, families may choose to gather at Fawkner Cemetery Tearooms in the cemetery grounds near the railway station where fresh food is served daily and where families can relax in the beautiful garden around the Park or you may like to use Tonetti Catering in the hall in the grounds of St. Marks Catholic Church opposite the entrance of Fawkner Cemetery.
